Love Your Body - Dare to Be Different

In 2006, I created Made by Niki, the luxury lingerie and bodywear brand that revolutionised shapewear, with retail sales over £3.5 million, a celebrity following and thriving instagram community.

To answer the constant challenge to source high quality content I worked with photographers, press, celebrity stylists and influencers, but it still wasn’t enough.

I noticed brave instagram fans posing in Made by Niki on social media, many of them with a healthy instagram following of their own. I partnered with Boudoir photographers in the UK and USA, and challenged the fans to ‘Love Your Body - Dare to be Different’ to win a once-in-a-lifetime boudoir photoshoot and be the face of Made by Niki.

The community generated numerous images, greatly helping to bolster the brand’s social media presence and the community felt so invested and involved in the brand that they were selling the products to each other.
