Digital strategy for ‘Private Client by Bupa’

Private Client by Bupa asked me for advice on how to reach and resonate with B2B HNW Intermediaries.

 

While I was at Relevance, Bupa Global asked me for help to reach and resonate with advisors of HNW audiences for their concierge healthcare service.

I held workshops with their in-house sales and marketing team to identify and create 10 audience profiles, then analysed their digital behaviour, purchase influences and personality to make creative recommendations, a B2B digital marketing and content plan.
